Counselling and supervision rates, booking links, payment options, and where to find the office in Kelowna.
Counselling rates
$180 per hour (60 minutes), including a personal therapeutic letter to follow.
- Appointments are bookable in 1 hour, 1.5 hour, and 2 hour sessions
- Session length for couples counselling: 1.5 hour or 2 hour
- Session length for family counselling: 1.5 hour or 2 hour
Online counselling
Secure, private video sessions (listed in Pacific Time).
In-person sessions
In-person sessions are available on Mondays only. Michael's office is at the Okanagan Relationship & Wellness Centre, on the second floor at 1855 Kirschner Rd:

Supervision rates
- Individual supervision (includes a therapeutic letter): $180 per hour
- Dyadic supervision (up to two participants): $200 per hour
- Consultation (includes a therapeutic letter): $180 per hour
Accepted payment methods
E-transfer
Send to [email protected]. Note that Direct Online Booking only supports credit cards.
To pay by Interac e-transfer: view Michael's online availability or in-person availability, contact [email protected] with your desired appointment, and once you receive a booking invoice confirming those details, send the e-transfer to [email protected].
Credit card
Credit card payments are processed using the secure third-party payment processor Stripe, through the Jane App.
Payment, cancellation, refunds, and credits
Sessions are prepaid at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. With sufficient notice, you may choose to have your payment refunded or held as a credit toward a future session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are typically charged the full fee, as the time has been reserved for you.
