Payment, cancellation, refunds, and credits
Sessions are prepaid at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. With sufficient notice, you may choose to have your payment refunded or held as a credit toward a future session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are typically charged the full fee, as the time has been reserved for you
