Counselling
Individual and couples psychotherapy in Kelowna, BC and online — collaborative, non-pathologizing, and grounded in your story.
Counselling with Michael is collaborative, respectful, and non‑pathologizing. Instead of reducing difficulties to labels, sessions focus on meaning, context, relationship patterns, and possibilities for change — and after each appointment you receive a therapeutic letter reflecting key themes, ideas, and next steps from the conversation.
